Handing over the baton at MS Gesellschaft Wien

Because even our lively team renews itself regularly, while the core and expertise of the MS Gesellschaft Wien remains the same as it has been for more than 60 years.
What changes remains flexible
Karin Krainz
At the end of the year, our long-standing managing director Karin Krainz retires. She joined the MS Society Vienna in December 2001 and over the past 10 years she has led the organisation – and later also the Austrian MS Society – through all its ups and downs. The entire team would like to thank you, Karin, for your prudent leadership and consistency. We wish you a happy retirement!

Succession
Christian Strasser
Karin Krainz will be succeeded by Christian Strasser, former assistant to the CEO. He has been familiarising himself with the responsibilities of the MSGW management since autumn 2019 and therefore knows exactly how to lead the Vienna team.
We look forward to changes in the new year. As a patient organisation, our passion is working for our members. We look forward to calls and visits to our advice center.
