Hungarian MS Foundation MSMBA Joins EMSP as New Associate Member
29.04.2026The European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP) is pleased to welcome Magyar Sclerosis Multiplexes Betegekért Alapítvány (MSMBA), Hungary’s foundation for people living with multiple sclerosis, as its newest Associate Member.
MSMBA works to improve the lives of people with MS across Hungary by promoting access to high-quality medical care, rehabilitation, and social support, while defending patients’ rights and championing equal opportunities. The foundation also encourages MS research and fosters scientific collaboration.
“Joining EMSP is an important milestone for our community. We look forward to learning from peers across Europe, amplifying the voice of people living with MS in Hungary, and contributing our experience to a stronger, more united European MS movement,” said Mónika Deli, International Relations Coordinator, MSMBA.
Its core activities include awareness-raising through online platforms, a free online exercise and physiotherapy programme, regular contributions to the Multiplex patient magazine, participation in national neurology congresses, and the publication of educational materials for the Hungarian MS community.
