EURORDIS: Patient survey on adverse drug reactions

EMSP is supporting a survey intiative from our partners at Rare Diseases Europe (EURORDIS) aimed at reporting side-effects and receiving safety information on medicines through an app for mobile phones and tablets.

The Web-RADAR survey: Recognising Adverse Drug reactions is available in seven European languages and takes about 15 minutes to complete:

Unreported adverse drug reactions

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) recently acknowledged that 96 percent of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) currently go unreported:
