Project Coordinator – Part-time

The European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP) is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator based in Brussels to develop and coordinate projects that impact the lives of people with MS, NMOSD, and MOGAD across Europe.

The role involves managing multiple EU-funded projects, maintaining budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting EMSP’s advocacy and campaign strategies, and fostering relationships with European political stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in business administration or a relevant field, has at least two years of project management experience (preferably in EU projects or the not-for-profit sector), demonstrates excellent English communication skills, and possesses strong organisational abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Candidates should be willing to travel across Europe and have experience working with membership-based NGOs.
