Dominika joined the Polish Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2010 and became its Secretary-General in 2020. In 2018 Dominika became member of the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP) Executive Committee.
Dominika is the Secretary-General of the Polish Multiple Sclerosis Society. She was working for the Polish MS Society for over eleven years being responsible for external and media contacts, advocacy and lobbying for MS patients on various institutions. She was also involved in a number of projects coordinated by the organisation, with a focus on those dedicated to young and/or newly diagnosed people with MS.
She has a Master in Psychology, postgraduate studies in Neuropsychology and she is particularly interested in the subject of pediatric MS, being actively engaged in lifting limitations of the treatment reimbursement for children diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
Apart from bringing an Eastern European perspective to EMSP’s Executive Committee, Dominika’s objective is to benchmark international best practices to Poland, a country with an extensive number of MS patients still facing numerous limitations on access for MS therapies, rehabilitation and social support.
In 2018 Dominika became member of the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP) Executive Committee. She is also a member of the MS NEED Steering Committee.
